My baby brother

Well, I guess he's not so much a baby anymore, but my youngest brother recieved his mission call last night. He's going to... are you ready... drum roll... the Korea Seoul West Mission! When he told me last night, he just told me "Korea." I didn't think to ask him which mission so when I got off the phone I panicked for a minute. I was pretty sure they didn't send missionaries to North Korea, but I wasn't 100% sure. I was happy to hear he would be serving in South Korea!
Jess is such an awesome brother. He is one of the hardest workers I know. Ever since I can remember, he's always had his own job, and made his own money. When I was home a couple weeks ago, I barely saw Jess because he was working so much. Besides being a hard worker he is inteligent, well mannered, and quite the good-looking guy!
I have to admit, I am sad to not be able to see him for the next couple of years. But on the other hand, I am very proud of his decision and know he will make the best missionary. Good luck and love you bro!

Wow, that so awesome! I can't hardly believe thats Jess! Last time I saw him he was just a little kid. Your family has grown so much! And they really seem to pretty close. Don't worry those two years will fly by. My little brother, Lane has been gone just over two years now and it still seems just like yesterday... anyways, congrats! And kudos on the amazing family :) Jen

How awesome that your brother is going to be a missionary! I have a little bro that's almost 19, and I cross my fingers that he'll want to serve the Lord, too.

Lana, that is so exciting about your brother. I can't believe how grown up he is. I remember him being so little the last time I saw him. He will be a great hand in doing the Lords work.
I know how hard it is to see every one when you come home so don't worry about. Maybe next time.
love, heather
