Some things I want to remember

If it were up to Tristan the people he loves would never leave his side.
When we leave to take Devan to preschool Tristan says, "I miss you Devan, I'm gonna really miss you".
Almost on a daily basis, "Mom, I really miss Grandma Sherry".
When Daddy was gone to Idaho, departing the airport... "I really miss daddy" 1 minute later "Mom.... I really miss dad" 5 minutes later "When's daddy coming home, I really miss dad" and it continued like this the next 5 days :) When I told the boys I was going to have a babysitter watch them for a couple hours "I miss you mom" me, "I'm not gone yet Tristan" Tristan, "I know, but I miss you mom". When we took our awesome babysitter home, "Aubrey...Aubrey...AUBREY....I gonna miss you Aubrey.

Devan said to me the other day, "Mom, when it's night and it's dark, and you get scared, you can come in my bed and sleep by me."

Ahhh... what sweet boys you have! Chandler has been on a "miss you" kick lately too. Everytime I take him to preschool he'll say "Wait, I gotta tell you a secret Mom -- I'm gonna miss ya." Doesn't it just melt your heart? Yesterday he told me "If a bad man tries to get you, you push him away and yell 'I don't know this man! I want my Chan-Chan!'" Too funny. Isn't being a Mom the greatest? So entertaining! Kudos to you for raising your boys to have such compassionate hearts.

You have such great little boys. When something is as sweet as that it's not a big deal that it keeps getting repeated. Most of the repetitive things in my house get annoying. REALLY annoying.
